For over 40 years, LINK has been part of the heartbeat of Lawrence. Meals, connection, and community have been made possible because of people who have faithfully shown up over time.
Today, we’re honored to share that LINK will continue its work as a program of the Homeless Resource Center.
This is a partnership. This is stewardship. It means recognizing something that matters and choosing to protect it, support it, and carry it forward.
The heart of LINK does not change. The relationships do not change. The reason it exists does not change. If anything, this creates the opportunity for LINK to be supported in a way that ensures it continues for years to come.
We are stepping into this with a posture of listening first. Our goal is to learn from those who have built LINK and to serve alongside them.
